Instructor
Dr. Zhang contributes her expertise in programming and deep learning to advance software, computer vision, large language model, and image-guided surgery. She develops and applies machine learning techniques to assist medical imaging processing tasks and aim to apply them to solve real-world problems through the development of open-source code. Her current research interests include developing computer vision techniques or large language models for healthcare related problems. Currently, she focuses on how to overcome the challenge of limited resource in healthcare through novel training strategies that require less or no labeled data.
